What You Need To Know About Ordering

Q: What is the link to place my child’s lunch order(s)?
A: https://saintdavids.nutrislice.com.

Q: When do orders for lunch need to be in by?
A: All orders for the upcoming week need to be placed by Wednesday at NOON. Currently, you can order for a month at a time, or weekly if you prefer.

Q: What if I forget to place my order?
A: Every Tuesday a push notification will be sent out, through the app, as a reminder to place your orders. To receive the push notification you must download the Nutrislice app, login, enable push notifications, and click the heart next to the school name. If you forgot to place orders, Cater To You will have extra daily entrees and sandwiches on hand to accommodate students without orders in they system.

Q: My student has an allergy. How will I know what is safe for them to eat?
A: Each menu item in Nutrislice is labeled with the allergens it contains. You are also able to filter the menu according to allergens. For example, if you select egg as an allergen, the menu will appear and all items that contain egg will be crossed out in red. Additionally, most sandwiches can be modified to be served on gluten-free bread.

Q: What comes with a meal?
A: Each hot entree comes with the two sides posted on the menu. These sides will always come with the meal and are not able to be changed. Sandwiches come with a side salad. Fruit is served daily for dessert.

Q: How will my child get his/her meal?
A: Cater To You delivers the individually packaged meal you ordered to your student’s delivery location. The meal will be labeled with you child’s name, location of delivery, menu item, and allergens. It is important you know where your child will be eating lunch so that you may select the delivery location. There will be a designated pick up point for faculty and staff listed in the system.

Q: How will I know my order is placed?
A: Once you select your entree choice for each day of the week, you will need to check out and submit your order. Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

Q: How do I cancel or make a change to my order?
A: To make a change to an existing order, you will need to cancel that order and resubmit a new order. To do so, log in to your account, click my account, click order history, and then click cancel for any order(s) you would like to change.

Q: I have multiple children who attend the same school. How do I know who I am ordering for?
A: During the checkout process you will select the student for which you are ordering. On the top of the screen you will see "who is this order for?" Below that is a drop down box. After you place an order for one student, you are able to place an order for a second.

Q: I have more questions. Who should I contact?
A: Simply email lunch@ctyfs.com and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

Our Safety Measures

Safety and Sanitation is of utmost importance to us and the communities that we serve. It is also important to be transparent about our processes and how food will be prepared safely. All Cater To You (CTY) staff have been trained on updated Safety and Sanitation protocols. CTY team members will be required to have their temperatures checked when arriving at school, before, and after service. Should a team member register temperature, they will immediately be sent home and the school will be notified. In addition, CTY team members will always be required to wear PPE equipment. Each delivery for the kitchen will be received outside by a designated CTY team member. Outer boxes will be disinfected before entering the building. Student meals will be prepared on site in our kitchen space. Team members will be working in socially distant spaces whenever possible. Surfaces will be disinfected before the kitchen opens each day, in between tasks, and again before the kitchen closes each afternoon. Team members will be assigned specific tasks to minimize overlap and contact. Upper School students will pick up their meals at designated points in the dining room. Our carefully selected four-week menu rotation lends itself to easy reheating and are school favorites. Each meal is packaged in an individual disposable container, labeled with ingredients and allergens. Wrapped disposable utensils and single-serve drinks are also provided. Snacks are available daily in individual packaging.
